Chad Michael Babin, 32, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died June 1, 2015.
Mr. Babin is survived by his daughter, Jaylyn West Babin; son, Jayce Christopher Babin; father, Clyde J. Babin; sister, Angie Babin Champagne and brother, Joseph P. Babin.
Burial is at St. Mary’s Nativity Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe Funeral Home)
