Charles Joseph Chuck Mathews, 63, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 12:40 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday, Aug. 1, at Old Foundation Missionary Baptist Church, 615 La.
Highway 308, Thibodaux. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev. McCullen Williams officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
