Charles Joseph Rogers, Sr. age I 80, passed away on Sunday, May 20.3018 at Chateau Terrebonne Health Car a He was a longtime resident of Houma.
Relatives and friends of the family are Invited to attend the visitation in Chapel Dauphine at Chauvin Funeral Home on Wednesday, Hay 29, 3018 beginning at 9:00 am until the liturgy of the Word at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Charles is survived by his sons, Charles Rogers. Jr. and wife. Hazel: Timmy Rogers.
Charles was a loving and kind man. He loved his family dearly and leaves Mb two Bona behind. Charles loved 10 fish at his camp. He us also a great cook, but above all, he was bumble, kind, and compassionate. Charles worked for McDermott with over forty years of service until his retirement. Charles was also a member of the Walter lrvin Lanier Lodge 307 for 37 years, he served as Worshipful Master, Senior Warden. Junior Warden, Senior and Junior Deacon. Charles now rests in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and Is now reunited with the love of his life, Ella Mae Rogers.
