Chet Morrison Contractors promoted two people within its senior management team.
Leroy Guidry has been named president of the company, and Kelly Reeves has been named vice president of marketing.
Guidry has served as CMC chief financial officer since 1998. He will continue with that role, as well.
With more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Guidry primarily has held executive management positions. He has played a key role in CMC’s growth over the past 16 years, and will be responsible for leading the senior management team as well as developing and executing corporate strategy.
Guidry will report to Chet Morrison, CEO and chairman of the board.
Reeves has been CMC since 2007. She has served in various roles, most recently as marketing manager. CMC said Reeves has been an essential part of promoting the company’s image and position within the marketplace.
In her new role, Reeves is responsible for developing marketing and corporate business development activities to support and promote sales.
“Leroy and Kelly, along with our entire senior leadership team, bring tremendous experience to our company,” CEO Morrison said. “Their energy, creativity and strong leadership skills will be essential in maintaining long-term sustain-ability. I am fully confident in their ability to continue to drive our success.”
