Police: Suspect abuses girlfriend, exposes himself to female guard

Christine Marie Milstead, 49, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Ft. Mitchell, Ala., died at 12:51 a.m. on Monday, January 30, 2017.
Mrs. Milstead is survived by her husband, Lowell Milstead Sr.; son, Lowell Milstead Jr.; step-father, Carl (Sheryl) Richardson; daughters, Shalota Williams, China Clay, Sasha and Brandoneshia Milstead; brothers, Richard (Lisa) Williams and Weillington Welch; and one grandchild.
Burial is at New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Houma.
