Clifton “Tiffy” Babin, 90, a native of Bayou Blue, Louisiana, and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2015.


Mr. Babin was a retired employee for the Terrebonne Parish School Board, and an accomplished sugar cane tarmer.

He is survived by his daughter, Peggy (Ronny) Gann; son, Ricky Babin; four grandchildren, Melanie Roberts Chaisson, Joshua Roberts, Joey Babin and Ami Babin; and nine great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2 in Houma.
