Clifton “Honey Bun” Woods Sr., 80, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Gray, Louisiana, died Monday, May 18, 2015.
Mr. Woods was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired employee of Leonard Chabert Medical Center. He was a member of St. Joseph Lodge, and American Legion Post #513.
Mr. Woods is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Woods; daughter, Dwan (Tyrone) Francis; sons, Clifton Woods, Craig Woods, Desmond (April) Woods; sisters, Ida Hunt and Edith (Clarence) Scoby; brothers, Rev. Paul (Pearl) Woods, Warren (Constance) Woods, Edison (Barbara) Woods, and Adrew (Gwen) Woods; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery. (Williams & Southall)
