U.S. Rep. Garret Graves celebrates the opening of his new office at Nicholls State University with supporters and university and government officials during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the Thibodaux campus. Graves, who assumed office Jan. 3, also has district offices in Baton Rouge and Livingston, in addition to his office in Washington, D.C.
