Chatman honored by peers
October 21, 2015Cyrus Joseph Sevin Sr., 85, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Oct. 16, 2015.
Mr. Sevin was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was an avid commercial fisherman who loved wildlife.
Mr. Seven is survived by his children, Cyrus (Tammy Freeman) Sevin Jr., Teena (Doug) Olden and Annie (Tyson) Foret; son-in-law, Norman Dupre; brothers, George and Ray Sevin; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Rogers Cemetery in Houma, La.
