David John Champagne, 57, went to be with the Lord at 11 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2019. He was a native of Raceland and longtime resident of Montegut. LA
Mr. David is survived by his loving mother, Gladys (Jeanette) Roussell Champagne; his loving son, Brian and wife, Amberly Champagne and their children, Briley and Mason Champagne; his loving daughter, Brandi and husband, Brandon Anderson and their children, Coen Champagne, Brycen and Damien Anderson; brother, Gary and wife, Lori Champagne; and sisters, Kathy and husband, Faron Levron, and Denise and husband, Robert Ledet.
Mr. David was a self-employed fisherman who was most happy being in the company of family and friends.
