Davidson “Dave” Pierre LeBoeuf, 83, a native of Montegut and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died at 10:25 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2015.


Mr. LeBoeuf was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He retired after a career in sales and founded Dave’s Cajun Kitchen and Catering. He enjoyed clock-making and specialty woodworking.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Matherne LeBoeuf; brother, Reggie LeBoeuf; sister Theresa Detillier; sons, David (Lynn) LeBoeuf, Sr. and Jerome (Sandra) LeBoeuf; daughters, Roxanne Breaux, Jayne (Euia) Usie, Denise (Fritz) Dryden, and Jackie (Jon) Gonsoulin; 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theophile LeBoeuf and Hazel Dupre LeBoeuf; brothers, Essie LeBoeuf, Thaddeus LeBoeuf, Abel LeBoeuf, Ernest LeBoeuf, and Joe LeBoeuf; and sister, Dorothy Detiller.


In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church or the American Diabetes Association.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2
