Della H. “Grom Della” Cheramie, 88, a native and resident of Galliano, La., died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016.
Mrs. Cheramie is survived by her sons, Filton Jr. (Norma) and Troy (Charlene) Cheramie; daughters, Kate (Mervin) Duet, Ruth (Craig) Adams, Zoe Ann (Evans Jr.) Savoy, Tina Cheramie; brothers, Hoover (Geraldine) and Volse (Earline) Hebert; sister, Myrtle (John) Griffin; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Christian Family Center. Funeral services begin at 3 p.m., with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery.
