Douglas James Clement, 66, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, La., died at 1:38 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015.
Mr. Clement was vice president of U.S. Operations with Sparrows Engineering & Operations. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, diehard Saints and LSU fan, and devoted to his family.
He is survived by his wife, Bernadette Prejean Clement; mother, Shirley Marie Hymel Clement; daughters, Rhonda Corte and Donna (Bret) Cuneo; brothers, Richard (Gussie), Wayne (Wendy) and Glenn (Cheryl) Clement; sisters, Cynthia (Jan) Ruiz, and Jennifer (Ricky Hotard) Merritt; four grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Marilyn Prejean; brothers-in-law, Johnnie Jr., M.D., Steven and Rene Prejean.
