Dr. Joseph N. Musso, 93, a native of Thibodaux, La., longtime resident of Houma, La., and current resident of Youngsville, La., died at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015.

Dr. Musso was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. He was a graduate of the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine, Past President of the Louisiana Podiatric Association and served Terrebonne and Lafourche parishes as a podiatrist for 37 years. He was a World War II veteran, having served in the U.S. Army Aircorp from 1942-45, stationed in the Pacific, Marianas Islands with the 20th Air Force.


Dr. Musso is survived by his wife of 67 years, Daphne Boudreaux Musso; children, Jacqui, David and Tim (Liz) Musso; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Interment is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
