Dwayna Sade Woolens, 23, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Johnson Ridge, La., died at 3:40 p.m. on Sunday, September 4, 2016.
Ms. Woolens is survived by her son, Ja’quariuse Woolens; mother, Cynthia Woolens; foster father, Reynard Woods Sr.; devoted aunt, Gwendolyn Livas; sister, Brittany Adams; brothers, Kenneth and Herbert Woolens, Dontrell, Terrence, Jonathan and Douglas Bias, Kendrick Rodney, Kodi and Reynard Woods.
Burial is at Halfway Cemetery in Gray.
