Earline Robichaux “Mama Lou” Domangue, 84, a native and resident of Bayou Black, died on January 26, 2018.

Mrs. Domangue is survived by her three sons, Rickie Domangue (Reinhild), Archie Domangue (Sheila), and Timmy Domangue (Paula); two daughters, Heidi Brunet (Earl Jr.) and Sheila Smith (Wayne); grandchildren, Kelly Smith Brewer, Shawn Smith, Joshua Brunet, Cullen Brunet, Addie Domangue, Matthew Domangue, Brad Domangue, Ashley Cupp, Sevy Domangue, Brinton Domangue, Jenny Domangue, and Martin Pfaff; and nine great-grandchildren.


She was co-owner of Domangue Fur House with her husband, having bought and sold fur as well as alligators for more than 50 years. She was also a parishioner with St. Anthony of Padua church. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed being with her family, going on vacations, Sunday dinners, and going to the casino.
