Elizabeth “Cookie” Jean Jarrell Elliott, 63, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 11:08 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015.

Mrs. Elliott was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church, and she was employed with Wal-Mart for 32 years.


She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Wesley Elliott; son, Wade (Emily) Elliott; daughter Kimberly (Ryan) Dozar; sister, Gladys “Ann” (John) Dupre; and four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Center of Thibodaux in Mrs. Elliott’s name are appeciated.

Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
