Police: Suspect abuses girlfriend, exposes himself to female guard

Enos Peter Crochet, 96, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Bayou Blue, La., died at 6:55 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.


Mr. Crochet was a United States Army Veteran, serving in the Aleutian Islands in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He was also an avid fisherman and enjoyed gardening. He loved spending time with family and attending Mass when he was able to.

He is survived by his son, Wad (Mary) Crochet; and sister, Ethel LeBouef.

Burial is at St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery in Bayou Blue.
