Esther Gomez Breaux, age 85, passed away surrounded by her loving family at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018. She was a native of Seven Oaks, Texas and a resident of Houma. LA
Esther is survived by her husband of 62 years, Leroy Francis Breaux; sons, Christopher P. Breaux and wife, Marilyn, and Kurt N. Breaux and wife, Laurie; daughters, Danette B. Bergeron and husband, Daniel Sr., and Cindy B. Duplantis and husband, Dwayne; brothers, Rufus “Rudy” and Tommy Gomez; grandchildren, Heidi Skoglund, Jenifer Bergeron, Daniel Bergeron Jr., Samantha Price, Jarad Duplantis, Jordan Kelly, Hayden Breaux, Grayson Breaux, Rebekah Breaux and Austin Breaux; and great-grandchildren, Stephen, Zachary, Ethan, Bryce, Gavin, Kailei, Addison, Gabriella, Mackenzie, Brooklyn and Aria.
Esther was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing, doing crafts and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her
