Euma J. Allemand, 90, a native of Cut Off, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Friday, Jan. 8, 2016.


Mr. Allemand was a retired member of Local Carpenters Union No. 1846. He served his country as a U.S. Marine during World War II. He was one of seven brothers, all of whom proudly served their country in the U.S. Armed Forces. He loved gardening, fishing and bingo.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Naquin Allemand; sons, Wayne (Cheryl) and Randy (Susan) Allemand; daughters, Susan Allemand, Ann (Chris) Thibodaux; three brothers; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Burial is at St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to help with funeral expenses.
