Evelyn Marie Duet, 82, a native and resident of Houma, La., died at 9:23 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016.
Mrs. Duet was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church, and sang with the choir. She was a former member of the Catholic Daughters, Krewe of Flames and the Krewe of Hyacinthians.
She is survived by her sons, Craig (Eva) and Kevin (Rhonda) Duet; daughters, Karen (Brian Brunet) Duet and Karla (Richard) Neal; brothers, Eldon Sr. (Edna), Richard Jr. and Carroll (Darlene) Freeman; sister-in-law, Harolyn Freeman; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson, Ethan Adams.
Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Chauvin)
