Francis “Mama Fran” Emelene Harmon, 65, a native and a resident of Raceland, La., died on Saturday, June 4, 2016.
Mrs. Harmon is survived by her sons, Timmy Sr. (Christine) and Richard (Nancy) Argo Jr.; daughters, Tina Mae and Shawnee Harmon; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchldren; and sister, Patricia. (Samart)
