Nicholls education student aces national contest

Frank B. Billiot, 88, a native of Point-Aux-Chenes, La., and resident of Galliano, La., died on Friday, May 5, 2017.
Mr. Billiot loved cutting the grass and working on his garden as well as saving copper, cans and pull tabs. He was funny until the end.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa N. Billiot; children, Irvin (Kathy) Billiot, Linda (Edmond) Kiffe, Wanda (David) Albrecht, Stacey (Tim) Payton and Ellen (Kerry) Ward; sisters, Bridget Matherne, Dorcina Dupre, Odelia Verdin and Gladys Roussell; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Montegut. (Falgout)
