Gerald Loring, 87, a native of Velma, Okla., and resident of Houma, La., died on Wednesday, February 8, 2017.
Mr. Loring is survived by his wife of 62 years, Shirley Parish Loring; sons, Rickey and William Loring; brother, Billy Loring; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial is at a later date.
