Glenn David Rivet, 63, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015.
Mr. Rivet was very involved in the lives of his grandchildren. He was retired and enjoying it, and loved to watch the Saints and LSU football.
He is survived by his daughters, Kristy Lynn (fiance Jamie Gaudet) Rivet and April (Ryan) Ordoyne; six grandchildren; mother, Sondra Adams Rivet; sisters, Beryl (Chris) Pitre and Monica (Eric Carney) Rivet; and mother of his children, Bonnie Delaune.
Visitation is today, Aug. 19, from 9 to 11 a.m., at St. Hilary of Poitier’s Catholic Church in Raceland. Funeral services begin at 11 a.m, with burial following at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
