Cut Off man’s work ethic, dedication the foundation for his success

Hazel Rebstock Rome, 93, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015.
Mrs. Rome taught at Golden Meadow High and middle schools for 31 years, and she was a minister and lector at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church and St. Joseph Manor.
Mrs. Rome is survived by her children, Sandra Rome Clement, Michael, Mary and James Rome; son-in-law, Leslie Clement Jr.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, masses said in Mrs. Rome’s name are appreciated.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Cemetery. (Falgout Funeral Home)
