Herbert “Russell” Garrett, 79, a native of Posey County, Indiana, and resident of Raceland, La., died Monday, April 13, 2015.
Mr. Garrett is survived by his wife Helen K. Garrett; daughters, Lisa (Malcolm) Zeringue, Terri Sue (Craig) Gautreaux and Melea Garrett; four grandchildren; brother, Halden Garrett; and sister, Judith Kelly.
