South Terrebonne High to honor victim of crash during football season

James “Mr. Jimmy” “Mr. Audrey” “Rock” Levy Cheramie, 74, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died on Thursday, August 11, 2016.
Mr. Cheramie was a strong supporter of the Cut Off Youth Center, and he loved helping those in need and being with people, particularly his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Audrey S. Cheramie; sons, Rowdy (Daphne), Shawn (Holly) and Travis (Nicki) Cheramie; sisters, Ellavie Angelette, Genevie Boudreaux, Julia Mayet and Lucille Vegas; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Burial will be at a later date.
