Federal judge stays out of laptop fight

Janice Hodson Penisson, 82, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died on Sunday, August 7, 2016.
Mrs. Penisson was a graduate of Davis and Elkins (WV) College. She enjoyed reading, writing, lively conversation and caring for her family.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Dennis Joel Penisson; daughters, Dana (David) Adams and Judithe (John) Ord; brothers, Royal Jr. and Gregory Hodson; sister, Patricia Porter; and grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church Cemetery in Raceland.
