John Growl Jr.. John J. “Grunch” Growl, Jr., a native of Luling and a resident of Prairieville and West Monroe, died on Friday, November 3, 2017
Mr. Growl liked helping his family and friends. He appreciated the simple things in life, especially spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid LSU and Saints fan.
Mr. Growl is survived by his daughter, Anna Growl Valentine (Scott); grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sophie, Ethan; brothers, Ronald and Danny Growl; sisters, Norma “Chris” Calvo, April Kinler, Gwen Doherty Mongrue and Joan Growl.
