Joseph AJ “Pee Wee” Bonvillain, Sr., 96, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Saturday, September 10, 2016.
Mr. Bonvillain was a veteran and member of several local veteran groups. He was a charter member of the West Thibodaux Fire Department and served as an usher at St. Genevieve Church. He enjoyed going to his camp, hunting and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Annabel Legendre Bonvillain; children, Jo Ann (Jimmy) Brou and Joseph (Lisa) Bonvillain Jr.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
