Joseph “Joe” Marcel, Jr., 69, a native and resident of Houma, La., died on Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
Mr. Marcel never knew a stranger.
He is survived by his sisters, Thelma (Leroy) Ledet, Gerladine (Gerald) Hebert, Wilma Luke and Dolores LeBouef; special friend, Wade Price; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Burial is at a later date.
