Joseph Thomas “Coach” Silverii, 86, a native of Clifton Heights, Pa., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
Mr. Silverii was a United States Army veteran and served during the Korean War. He taught and coached at Thibodaux High School and was the co-owner of Jean’s Flower and Bridal Shoppe with his beloved wife, Jean.
He is survived his children, Joseph, Donna, Stanley (Lisa), Louis (Leah), Stuart and Robert Silverii and Debra (Richard) Chachati; sister, Antoinette (Skip) Palazzo; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
