Saints look to avenge 2-straight losing seasons

Juanita Ann “Meyon” Naquin, 76, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 7:35 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016.
Mrs. Naquin was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was known to always have a smile on her face, and she enjoyed spending time with loved ones.
She is survived by her children, Dianna (Wilson) LeBouef, Mary Ann (Wiley) LeBouef, Wilbert (pamela) and Bobby (Sheila) Naquin, Patty (Ricky) Trahan and Ruby (Allie) LeBouef; brothers, Willard (Joyce), Elgin (Judy), Autrey (Gloria) and L.B. (Bernita) Thibodeaux; sister, Brenda (Brent) Theriot; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Bisland Cemetery in Bourg.
