Judith Judy Champagne i? airchiid, 76, a native of Franklin, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, April 7, 2015.
Mrs. Fairchild spent the last years in Houston, Texas, surrounded by her children. She was the picture of kindness, humility and God’s grace.
She is survived by her children, Georgia (Bretton) McCuistion, Joseph (Michele) Fairchild and Benjamin (Elizabeth) Fairchild; siblings, Sue Houssiere, Becky Ellis, Steve, John and Elton Champagne; and four grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
A donation to St. Genevieve Elementary School or a children’s charity in her memory is appreciated.
