Malcolm “Mac” Joseph Folse, 80, a native of Lockport, Louisiana, and resident of Cut Off, Louisiana, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015.
Mr. Folse served in the U.S. Navy and was an altar boy at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. He retired from Coca Cola after more than 20 years. He enjoyed spending time with family and woodworking, especially crafting birdhouses.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Aline Pierce Folse; children, Jasen (Sonya), Kelly (fiance Allen Mylar) and Phyllis Folse and Jackie (Drake) Galjour; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sisters, Sonya and Sylvia Folse.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
