Saints look to avenge 2-straight losing seasons

Michell “Top Dog” North Jr., 72, a native of South Carolina nad resident of Houma, La., died at 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2016.
Mr. North is survived by his wife, Virginia Ann North; mother-in-law, Octavia McKinley; sons, Mitchell (Vernoica) North III, Frederick Moses and Michael Davis; daughters, Lydia North, Okema and Lawanda Moses, Michelle and Betty Davis, and Marie (George) Veal; brother, Leroy Dyley; sister, Lydia Brown; 28 grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
