Nicholas George “Nick” Twinkie” Luke, 38, a native of Houma and resident of Gray, died on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.

Mr. Luke was survived by his wife of seven years, Kathy Sanchez Luke; children, Katie, Clifton, and David; parents, Alvin and Judy Trahan Luke; maternal grandfather, Houston Trahan; Godparents, Charlotte Hebert and Ricky Trahan; godchild, Bryce Rodrigue, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

He was a loving, compassionate, hard-working man who loved his family dearly. He was a great friend to all and will be dearly missed. Twinkie worked for Redmond Stone Works for eighteen years and had numerous side jobs. Twinkie was always in a good-mood, keeping a great attitude in life helped him everyday to love and serve others. He loved watching the Saints and LSU, he also loved to deer hunt and fish. He now rests in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
