Pamela R.L. Starks, 42, a native of Napoleonville, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died on Monday, March 14, 2016, at Ochsner Foundation in New Orleans, La.
Ms. Starks is survived by her fiance, Bernell Francis; brothers, Elvis (Katina), Edrick (Tamel) and Joseph (Latasha) Starks; sisters, Erica (Michael) Jones-Williams, Tamica (Spencer) Davis and Tamara Starks.
Burial is at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
