Patricia “Pat” Pitre, 55, a native of Galliano, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died Aug. 14, 2015.
Mrs. Pitre was a school library media specialist at Hahnville High School, who loved her job, co-workers, students, traveling and going fishing in Grand Isle. She especially loved her annual trip with the Rev. Robert Cruz and La Mision Encontrandome Con Cristo Guatemala Mission to the orphanages and communities of Guatemala. She was a graduate of South Lafourche High School and Nicholls State University.
Mrs. Pat is survived by her mother, Marie L. Pitre; brother, Michael (Zena) Pitre; sister, Susan (Michael) Edwards; and beloved cat, Zen.
