Patrick Joseph Scales, 53, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2017.
Mr. Scales was a tong operator in the oilfield industry, a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, an avid Saints fan and a lover of country music.
He is survived by his daughter, Brianna Scales; his former wife, Angela LeCompte; brothers, Glenn (Nancy), Steve (Pam) and Gerald (Gene) Sanders Jr.; and sisters, Trisha Scales, Brigitte (Ronald) Crespo, Joy Chaisson, Judy (Keith) Martin, Charlene Blanco and Bonnie Kotelnikov.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery in Houma.
