Pearl Mary Pitre Bourg, 89, a native and resident of Grand Caillou, La., died at 10:05 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
Mrs. Bourg was a member of the church choir for 40 years, the Altar Society and the finance committee for Holy Family Church. She loved cooking for family gatherings and sharing her life experiences with family.
She is survived by her sons, Blaine (Wanda) and Deron (Deborah) Bourg; daughter, Melanie (Terry) Fabre; brother, Herbert (Lorita) Pitre Jr.; sister, Enola Lirette; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two on the way.
Burial is at Holy Family Cemetery in Dulac.
