It is with great sadness that the family of Peggy Badeaux Aucoin announce her passing on October 31, 2018. Mrs. Peggy Badeaux Ancoin, daughter of the late Hayes and Lowene (Cheramie) Badeaux was born January 20th, 1945 in New Orleans, La. and raised in Larose. La. She attended the private and public schools of Lafourche Pariah and was a graduate of Holy Savior High School in Lockpart, La. The beginning of her professional career began with the position of secretary for the late Senator AO Rappelet and ends with 30+ years and retirement of service with Bell South Phone Company She was active in the CWA Union as not only a member, but also as an officer at a number of locals that were attached to wherever she was employed. Her passion for defending and fighting for the rights of her fellow employees was undeniable. She was always willing and ready to come to the aid of anyone who needed assistance in this regard. In her retirement she WE9 briefly a member of the Red Hat Society which she enjoyed greatly. She loved talking on the phone with her friends and family, and was always ready with a joke to cheer Bomebody up or just to make them laugh. She loved her dog. Daisy, and missed her dearly when Daisy passed away.


Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her Siblings: Hayes Badeauz Jr. of Bourg, LA, Rudy Badeaux of Enterprise, MS as well as her Children: Donna Lynn Aurain of Huntsville. AL. Owen Louis Aucoin Jr. of Walker, LA, and Michelle Ancodn Baiter, of Walker. LA. Son in Law John Baxter of Walker, LA, and Son in Law David Spahr of Arlington. VA. Including her Grand-children Nicholas Spahr, Arlingto. VA. Benjamin Spahr, Currently in training USAF. Zachary Spahr currently in training US Navy, and Kimberly Baxter Walker, LA,, not to mention a host of nephews. nieces, godchildren, and close friends of the family.
