Peter Paul “Mr. Pete” Falgout, 84, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died peacefully Wednesday, April 15, 2015, with his loving family by his side.
Mr. Falgout was a parishioner of St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church. He was a painter, welder and layout man for Avondale Shipyards, from which he retired. He was an honorably discharged Army veteran and a member of the VFW and Woodman of the World. He loved fishing, hunting and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Audrey M. Falgout; son, Ricky (Nettie) Falgout; daughter, Arlene (Jim) Callais; sister, Marie Arabie; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland, La.
