Philip Andrew Duet, 74, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died April 24, 2015.
Mr. Philip is survived by his daughter, Phyllis (Jeff) Moody; sons, Chad (Claudia) Duet and Wade (Krystal) Cheramie; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held at a later date. (Samart-Mothe Funeral Home)
