Sports Played: Ava is an All-American Biddy Basketball standout. She also plays AAU Basketball and is also a member of the Larose-Cut Off Middle School hoops team. She also competes in volleyball summer leagues and is part of the COYC Hurricanes Swim Team.

Hobbies when away from sports: Being a big sister. Ava has a little brother named Terrance, who has also earned the Houma Times’ Player of the Week honors in the past. She also has a little sister name Aria.
Credentials: Ava Pitre is dangerous when on the basketball court. Dangerous in a good way, of course. A multi-time All-American on the Biddy Basketball court, Pitre possesses the ability to score the ball from distance, while also having elite-level handles as a combo guard. When not on the hardwood, Ava is also an accomplished swimmer and an aspiring volleyball player. Ava is heading to the seventh grade this fall. If not able to be a pro basketball player, Ava hopes to become a nurse.
