Kobe is a three-sport standout at Ellender. He is a contributing member to Ellender’s football, basketball and track and field teams, enjoying success on each team.


STATS: In basketball, Hartman averaged 10.3 points per game as the sixth man for an Ellender team which finished as the Class 4A State Runner-Up. On the football gridiron, he was a split-end, posting 13 catches for 163 yards and three touchdowns. In track, Hartman is one of the top jumpers in the area, piling countless points for the Patriots team.

GOALS: “To work hard in the offseason so that we can get back to Lake Charles. We want to win it next year, though.”

WORKING ON: Upper-body strength, touch around the basket.


STRENGTHS: Versatility, leaping ability, quickness.

CREDENTIALS: Kobe Hartman is around all of the things happening in the Ellender Memorial High School athletic department. A three-sport contributor, Hartman had success for the Patriots’ football, basketball and track teams, making him one of the most well-rounded athletes in the area. On the basketball hardwood, Hartman was a huge contributor for a Patriots team that nearly won the Class 4A Title.
