SPORTS PLAYED:
Cassidy is one of the best players in the history of the Nicholls State University women’s basketball program Last year, she was the Southland Conference Player of the Year and one of the key forces in leading the Colonels to the Southland Conference Championship.
STATS:
Cassidy is doing a little bit of everything this season for Nicholls. She averages 22 points and 10 rebounds per game, while having playing every single minute in the team’s four games.

Cassidy Barrios has been a basketball standout locally for a long, long tuna A Race land native. Barrios was a dominant prep player at Vandebilt Catholic in Houma. She then signed with Nicholls and has become a multi-time All-Conference player and the Southland Conference Player of the Year last season.
