Ralph Boo Paul savoie, 54, a native of Larose, La., and resident of Whittier, Calif., died June 22, 2015 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Mr. Savoie enjoyed music, notably Barry Manilow, whom he met numerous times backstage, and traveling, especially to Hawaii.
He is survived by his partner of 15 years, Gilbert Doeve; parents, Ray and Beverly Ann Acosta Savoie; brother, Henry Joseph Savoie; sister, Ramona (Wayne) Curole; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until funeral time today at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
