Raymond Julius Daugherty, age 83, passed away surrounded by his loving family at 11:33 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2018. He was a native of Stonewall, Mississippi and a resident of Houma. LA
Raymond is survived by his wife of 60 years, Shirley Ann Gaspard Daugherty; sons, Richard F. Daugherty and Ronald P. Daugherty; and niece, Kathy D. Rivera.
Raymond served in the US Navy for four years. He was a member of the Terrebonne Parish Sportsman’s League. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and knife making. He was a loving husband and father. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Special thanks to Dr. Richard Haydel, Dr. Jody Stagg, and the staff of TGMC.
